A fast and friendly search tool for locating and viewing images from the Web. Its easy-to-use interface lets you execute keyword searches of search engine directories or launch direct Website scans for specific image types. GRIF supports .jpg, .gif (animated), and .bmp formats and includes a built-in viewer, print and save functions, and a handy link list of public domain image libraries. The retrieval engine quickly returns total available image files then deposits automatically generated thumbnails into a desktop art gallery. Each thumbnail is tooltip-labeled with its original URL location -- a simple double-click displays the full-size image. A right-click menu lets you send the image to your default browser or copy the URL to the Clipboard for a quick visit to the resource site.
