This is a 32bit utility than can slow down your CPU , the amount of slowing down is programmable. It is very usefull if you have old games, simulators, and old dos-based , windows-based programs that have became too fast or gives errors like "runtime error" , " overflow error" when you have upgraded your CPU!. In this version there are a lot of new features like command-line parameters, new graphic stile, help , installer , new configurable features , solve of a bug with non-intel processors , ecc...
