The Dictator is a multimedia tool that lets you enter data and then test your knowledge about the data you've entered. It's great for parents who wish to test their kids' animal recognition skills (for instance), but there are limitless possibilities for The Dictator, such as spelling, foreign languages, and professional terms. The program sports a nice editor that lets you change the data you've entered.
