Aurora ECM is a system for managing electronic files
and tasks in a way that is intuitive to the users
working in accordance with the Russian state system
for the documentary support of management - SSDSM. The
system facilitates the filing, storage and subsequent
locating of electronic documents. The administrator
enables users with roles to communicate with each
other regarding these files and tasks through
workflows that are designed visually by the users as
needed. The managers provided an efficient, secure and
auditable system for controlling the efficiency of
processes related to unstructured data.
The major differentiators of Aurora ECM allowing the
applications to the SSDSM tasks are the following:
1. Using the organizational positions instead of the
user accounts in workflows and errands.
2. Definition and visual representation of the
standard workflows in appropriate terminology.
