From one simple interface, Private Practice Manager enables you to manage lists of clients and their demographics and diagnoses; to enter notes about sessions and scheduling; to print out bills, HCFA forms, and schedules; and to track payments. Although designed for psychotherapists, it would be useful for anyone who sees clients on a regular basis and needs to manage session notes and billing information. The user interface is very simple, and there is an on-line help file with step-by-step directions.
