Open source HTML editor written in Visual Basic. It is for the intermediate to advanced web programmer, designed to speed web page authoring mainly through use of keyboard shortcuts. Cool interface, with many intelligent, no-nonsense features and shortcuts without trying to provide a toolbar button for every HTML tag. Now has syntax highlighting. Includes HTML and CSS help online in WinHelp format. Source code included.
