The main purpose of the control is to be able to set a
forms border style to none. The control acts like a
title bar. If you click and hold on the title bar you
can move the window around the screen. As well you
have the options of turning off the Close Button, Max
Button and Min Button (within the control). It also
includes a routine for a very novel window close.
