Upgrade Number of Network Users: The regular ScheduleMaster comes licensed for five concurrent network users. If you need more than 5 simultaneous users, then you can upgrade the number of users. The upgrade is a license key that is entered into the program and changes the number of allowed users. There is no media or downloads needed to upgrade the program. Just a key that we send you after you have paid for the upgrade. Obviously, you need to have the program set up and registered before you can upgrade the number of users. There is NO REFUND possible on user upgrades, once the key has been sent to you. The upgrades are in multiples of 5 users as shown below:

ScheduleMaster provides simple to use menu items to send data or receive data from other software programs. If you already use some software to do your billing, just follow the simple directions we provide and import the customer data into ScheduleMaster. This saves typing, keeps both programs consistent. ScheduleMaster can be used by multiple users on any Windows supported network. That means that while the receptionist uses the program, other people can review data, book appointments, print reports, etc.

ScheduleMaster does some wonderful printed stuff, too. You can print a daily schedule for each resource. You can print back and front paired labels for post card notification of appointments. You can print reports on almost any information in the program. There are some great reports and we really tried to give you what you need. However, some of you will want to make your own reports. For those of you who do like to have it your way, we offer the optional report maker that lets you create reports in a WYSIWYG environment.
