Boot Guard Plus with Screen Guard  -  Version  4.0 Delivers encrypted password security both at bootup (with Boot Guard Plus) and during normal Windows operation (with Screen Guard). It offers a variety of options, including 3 levels of security. The maximum level even disables the boot keys (shift,F8,etc.) Both failed and successful logins are logged to file. Other features include a quick disable/enable function and the option to allow screensavers and popup windows.
