A Windows 95/98 tray utility for customizing your wallpaper, plus a few other extras. Whenever you change wallpapers, the program creates a bitmap the size of your screen, and paints it to look just as your normal wallpaper. This has one big advantage: It lets you position your wallpaper precisely, even with Internet Explorer 4 / Windows 98 Active Desktop enabled.
