Do you have a cable modem or DSL? have alot of connection drops and want to see how many times your ISP goes offline when your not looking, connection cop does it, with a logging system that will email your ISP the total number of hours/minutes/sec. they where down, this will also count a disconnection when the ISP takes more then 90 sec. to send back a command. let it sit in your task tray for a few days, and see what your ISP is charging you for.
