	Resplendent Association Wizard  -  Version  1.02 Offers a very comprehensible way to create associations between file extensions and programs so that the application of your choice will open your documents. By default Resplendent Association Wizard registers itself to open all documents for which no association yet exists so that the standard Open With... dialog will not appear.
