MAG1042 allows you to fill out and file IRS forms 1042-s with form 1042. All required forms print on plain paper. All calculations and data transfers are automatic. Fill out and print to plain-paper forms, or let the program format your forms into files which can be submitted directly to IRS on diskette. IRS pub 1220 is included as a text file which contains information for magnetic filing with IRS (You should order pub 1187 also). The program is menu-driven, with on-line help and a pop-up calculator. Forms are in familiar IRS-format. Full program documentation is included. The program is written for DOS, but runs well with Windows 95, has been approved for use with OS/2 Warp, and is being run on Netware clients. Suitable for businesses, tax practitioners, or service bureaus. Allows up to 106 separate payers in one file submission. MAG1042 has been offered commercially since 1993. This version is offered as freeware with an option to purchase the source code.
