A CSS file editor for Win95/NT, and makes it easy to edit and apply style sheets wherever they are using a simple tabbed dialog box and/or by editing styles directly. You can link style sheets into an html file, and apply styles and classes using the dialog boxes and options provided. Wizards allow you to apply any number of css files to any number of html files, and allow control over their cascading order.
