Gifview  -  Version  1.3.0 A really cool program that lets you view gif, jpeg and bmp files as tiling images. This is ideal for looking at backgrounds for webpages. The program has an option to view sample text on the background, so you can test the background's readablity. It also comes with a feature that can easily make html pages to view your collection with any web browser. Now also includes features to set the windows wallpaper (even from gif's and jpegs). Requires the VB 6.0 Runtimes.
