It' E-Mail system allows file attachments and messages of any size and an optional gateway for completely integrated Internet Mail over any network. The IN/OUT board was designed from the ground up to allow flexibility in it's uses. Custom statuses allow you to define your own statuses rather that being stuck with simply in,out,etc. The People Tracker allows you to see who is available INSTANTLY at a glance. Set customizable alerts for when a user's status changes or when you receive e-mail. People tracker allows full sorting of any column and you can limit the displayed users by last name or department making it a very powerful company directory as well. Security options allow administrators or users to give others selective access to view their messages and/or change their status.
