Real-Tools  -  Version  1.0 Real-Tools is a software tools package for people who deal in real estate. It has 2 parts, Loan Computer and Real-Rank. Loan Computer computes everything for loans (payment, interest rate, etc) and features an easy, elegant user interface. Real-Rank is for analyzing real estate prices. It can (1) Compute a rank (percentile) corresponding to a price and (2) Compute a price corresponding to a rank (percentile). Prices can be expressed in any manner, and Real-Rank works for both buying and selling prices. Real-Tools requires Microsoft Excel 5.0 + and comes in Macintosh and Windows versions.
