Three independent worksheets for calculating NOL's for tax purposes:~~1. The "calc" worksheet will assist in calculating the amount of any net operating loss you may have for tax purposes.~~2. The "carry" worksheet will assist in calculating the amount of your net~ operating loss that is deductible for a particular year, whether it is a~ carryback or carryover.~~3. The "record" worksheet allows you to record your NOL and assists in the~ calculations.~~The program allows multiple-year NOL calculations by allowing you to save each of the worksheets separately.
