PCL to PDF 64-bit / 64-bit .NET  -  Version  13.05 PCL Tool SDK - Option III is ideal for developers who need to capture and convert legacy PCL print streams into a PDF, PDF/A or XPS file formats. Unlike PCL Tool SDK Option V, it does not allow for custom script programming to split or edit the PCL while transforming them into PDF, PDF/A or XPS formats. Option III can extract text from virtually any PCL file - even ones with "scrambled" text or rasterized text (with 1-2 hrs. of OCR processing). If you later find the need to customize the transformation process, like adding logos, barcodes or OMR marks - you can always upgrade to Option V or Option I - if you find the need to write your own custom .EXE.
