You'll get more than 20 useful reports that show who is absent and why. A friendly icon-based interface lets you drag/drop symbols onto the calendar to show reasons for absence. Editable company options let you set levels of sick leave, vacation, and personal time; develop policies on accrual amounts; personalize minimum employment time for various absence categories and even note hourly working conditions.
