With the help of this 32-bit program you can view and convert text to and from 4 different cyrillic encodings: win, koi, iso, alt. Automatic encoding selection feature can unscramble text after up to 3 wrong convertions (smart algorithm of russian word formation is used). Manual encoding selection is also available. Clabra can live in system tray and works with clipboard and files on your disk. Drag'n'Drop support added.
