DragAndScroll  -  Version  2.0b A mouse utility to help you in scrolling documents with your mouse. Tired of those narrow scrollbars? Scroll with your mouse from anywhere in your window! And it works in both IE and Netscape Navigator!). Scroll Like SB feature -- perform usual scrollbar functions by clicking anywhere in the windows. In addition to these incredible scrolling features, DragAndScroll provides for displaying the Start Menu in the current cursor location.
