CT Launcher - Version 2.0 CT Launcher is a small 32 bit program which places an icon in the Windows 95 taskbar tray. Clicking on this icon will bring up a menu of programs to launch. This menu is totally user configurable. You can add, edit, and remove items (including optional command parameters) from this menu quite easily.
