AIR BitmapBlender - Version 1.6.1 AIR BitmapBlender are two applications in one. The ImageConverter application converts image file formats from BMP, JPG, PCX, PNG, TGA or TIF to another one of these six supported formats. The ImageBlender application can blend two BMP files into another BMP file which can be fine tuned with Contrast, Saturation, Sharpen plus Sponge effects. The bitmap image can further be rotated in any one degree increment. Registered users can save their blended image to file. This can be used as a Windows wallpaper
