	Simple Timer  -  Version  1.0.1 Simple Timer will run ANY executable (.exe .bat .cmd etc...) after a set number of minutes. Once done (optional) it will check for a specified flag file, if the flag has been updated the "last update" display will show the date & time that the update occurred. It will also close pop-up windows if desired.
