	BlackBoard WinLock  -  Version  4.0 BlackBoard WinLock is activated when windows starts up then allows you to use Windows after entering the correct password. Then WinLock sits in the system tray until actiavted again. The control-alt-del, and F-keys are disabled until the correct password is entered. It also logs all activity.
