A nifty little utility to edit many of the "hidden" settings in Windows 95. The software was intended to be used for controlling the access of users to things such as desktop and screensaver settings, but the program can do much more! This limited demo includes only partial functionality, but the registered version 1.35 provides for various other features, including the ability to change the screens displayed as Windows is loading or shutting down.
