Smash bricks and blast the Boss with Brickanoid, an
excellent one-player arcade-style game that combines
elements of Asteroids, Breakout, and Space Invaders.
Bricks grow and advance closer, as the Boss oscillates
back and forth across the top of the screen, lobbing
asteroids that resemble potatoes. Shoot the bricks
(and sometimes get neat bonuses), the asteroids, and
the Boss. The action heats up fast and the game gets
difficult in a hurry... The graphics are bright and
well done, with satisfying explosions. You control
your ship with the keyboard, switching to different
weapons as you get them.
