IMAlerts for SharePoint is an enterprise collaboration
solution for Windows SharePoint Services v3 (WSS 3.0)
and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS
2007).
With IMAlerts, SharePoint users receive alerts as
instant messages on their PCs and mobile devices when
an event occurs in SharePoint (for example, a document
is modified, a new Task is assigned, a meeting is
scheduled, etc.).
IMAlerts supports Google Talk or any other XMPP
network.
IMAlerts is completely independent of SharePoint built-
in email alerts and can be used in addition to - or
instead of - email alerts.
