A browser that allows parents to control what material their kids can view on the Internet. Parents, using a password, can program the navigation buttons with up to 10 different web addresses that they have approved as safe for their childs viewing. The password can also be changed. The browser is frames capable, will run javascript, and will utilize plugins that are registered in the Windows file types list. It will not run Java applications, or send email without using an outside email program.
