You simply enter the span and RafterMan gives back: Common Length, Hip/Valley Length, Jack Lengths, Ridge Height, For split-pitch roofs: Degree of plumb-line for Hip/Valley Jack bevel-cuts in metric or ft./in. RafterMan also includes: Notebook, List Maker, Metric converter, Feet/inch calculator, Online Support You can run all the roof sections one right after another and then save all to file to pull up later or you can print them out to be used on the job site.
