Watches your Windows clipboard. Every time you copy a URL to the clipboard, WebLater makes a note of it. Later, when you are ready to follow that link, just pop up WebLater and pick it from the list! WebLater works with any standard Windows application. When you select text and copy it to the clipboard, WebLater is notified, and checks to see if that text is a URL. If it is, WebLater holds onto it for future reference.
