In setted dir (and subdirs) it searches for image files (with setted mask) and produces the report. You can sort it, review pictures in manual or automatic (slide-show) mode, view wanted picture in full size directly in the program or in your graphics viewer, copy path of the file to the clipboard, view the directory in "Explorer", copy picture files and more.
