Active Directory Manager
-
Version
9.12.01
Microsoft Windows Active Directory is a complex but
important repository to store information related to
domains, computers, users, and other objects. Adding
information in Active Directory about domains, servers,
users, users’ accounts, etc. is very difficult and
time-consuming. Once the information is added in
Windows Active Directory, it must be managed regularly
and effectively. Active Directory manager simplifies
Active Directory management by providing a central
location to manage all Active Directory objects, such
as domains, organizational units, users’ accounts,
servers, computers, groups, printers, services, and
devices.
Creating and managing network shares, creating and
executing complex queries to fetch information from
Active Directory, and querying Windows Management
Instrumentation (WMI) repository has also been targeted
in the Active Directory manager software. The software
comprises a self-descriptive graphical user interface,
which makes it easy and fast to create, edit, and
delete network shares and query Active Directory and
WMI. In addition, specifying logon hours for different
user accounts, managing users’ mailboxes on Exchange
Server, managing users’ attributes, etc. across
multiple domains now can be done using a single tool –
Active Directory Manager.
To keep the administrator updated about the status of
Active Directory objects, the software has been
embedded with a separate reporting console. Using the
reporting console of the software, the administrator
can generate more than 65 customizable reports to have
updated information about the Active Directory objects.
The software supports Windows Server 2000, Windows
Server 2003, Windows XP, and later versions of Windows
operating systems. For more information visit
