A program for Microsoft Windows that calculates your
Handicap Index. For each round of golf you play, enter
the appropriate date, adjusted gross score, and course
information. Handicapper saves this information in its
database and uses it to calculate your Handicap Index.
Handicapper is a multi-user program. It can calculate
the Handicap Index of more than one user.
