DownloadMaster  -  Version  1.0 Client-server program for scheduled downloading with resume feature. Files are downloaded to a local DownloadMaster Server. Clients enter needed URLs and monitor downloads with their Java enabled browsers. They can log off any time but DM Server will continue downloading their files. DM can be set to download these files when traffic is lower (e.g. during night). When clients login next time, downloaded files will be waiting on the local server.
