It can play FLVs, Youtube videos and MP4, M4A, MOV,
MP4V, 3GP, 3G2 if they contain H.264 video and/or HE-
AAC encoded audio and it also supports streaming (you
need to update your Flash Player to version
9.0.115.0). The video player is resizable to your
specified size and the source code is very organized,

this video player. You can set everything from the
main .xml file, so this is a file you can easily
