FtpIp  -  Version  1.0 If you can upload a page to a FTP server and see it, the you can publish your dinamic IP Address to the world by designing automatically pages knowing or unknowing HTML, so if you know HTML you have a plus because FtpIP allow you to add almost all tags in the a page you are going to upload to an ftp server. So you can also put a link to your dinamic IP address and run in your home or office your own ftp or web server!
