OSD Builder  -  Version  1.1.3 Create OSD (Open Software Description) based CAB files for Internet or Intranet download. Do you find .INF CABs don't quite cut it? Want to create hierarchically dependent CABs? OSD Builder has a nice 'n' easy to use interface that lets you build OSD Files, CAB Files and the HTML page to kick it all off. Note: the freeware version does not support installation of Java packages.
