The given processing is intended for import of the
data from files of format Excel in a
directory "Nomenclature" and the directories
subordinated to it, and also for filling of
documents "Receipt TMC", "Realization (Retail)", "the
Demand of the buyer", "the Order to the supplier".
Import of the following data is possible: the Code,
the Article, the Name, an amendment Unit, Quantity,
the Price, the VAT, Packing, the Bar code, GTD, the
Country, Property.
Search in requisites: the Code, the Article, the Name,
the Full name, the Bar code - both on one, and on
several at once. At not conformity of requisites the
prevention is deduced, possibility to choose a variant
of import is given to the operator or to refuse
loading of a current line. Possibility to credit the
goods on unlimited number of warehouses. Creation of
documents of receipt on each warehouse. Goods parties
creation.
Preview and editing of the data before loading. VAT
