RS232 Logger is addon for Advanced Serial Data Logger
software.
RS232 Logger AX is extremely useful utility in every
automation engineer's toolbox. Monitoring serial port
devices sometimes requires much more efforts than one
could imagine. Controlling the data exchange process
between the device and the computer, logging and
structuring serial data into a database - that's the
brief common task list of any automation engineer. And
ironically, these tasks aren't easily automated by
themselves. Doesn't that sound strange: an automation
engineer doing everything by hand, not being able to
lighten his job a bit?
RS232 Logger AX monitors any number of serial ports
(including RS232, RS422 and RS485 via a hardware
adapter), captures data from any devices connected to
these ports and logs the information into a customized
log file.
