This add-in works within the Outlook inbox to help the user use the inbox more efficiently in order to increase his productivity. Mail Mining does so by adding the following features to the email client: 1. Email Ranking: an automated ordering of messages within the inbox, giving those deemed most important to the user (based on data and text mining algorithm) more prominence than less important messages.
