PIPE-FLO Express is used to design, analyze, and troubleshoot fluid piping system of up to 25 pipelines in series. PIPE-FLO Express using a FLO-Sheet interface where the piping system is drawn using CAD drawing tools. Once the system is drawn the pipelines are sized using engineering data tables on disk. Pumps and other components can be added to the system for complete the design. The program then calculates the pressures and flow rates in each pipeline and displays the result on the FLO-Sheet.
