Users often comes across interesting URLs or utilites that they may wish to visit or download at a later date. 'CyberMan' captures these from the Windows clipboard so that when the user wishes to visit a site or download a file at a time convenient to them, the program will launch the user's browser, take them to the site in question and, if the URL represents a file to be downloaded, begin the download process.
