NOPPP9X  -  Version  1.31 The Windows version of the well known Noppp, a very VERY easy to build PIC Microcontroller programmer. This version has a intuitive user interface, and includes a lot of features not found in the dos version, like modifying the configuration word, erasing the pic and even saving or dumping the contents of the pic. The software is designed to work with the pic16c84, 16f84 and 16f83.
