UUENCODE/UUDECODE  -  Version  1.0 Small Win32 console-mode utilities, written in Microsoft Visual C/C++ v4.0, which encode/decode single files based on the standard uuencoding/uudecoding algorithms. UUENCODE is normally used to encode binary data, such as program files, which can't normally be transmitted on the 'Net, converting the binary data to text format. UUDECODE is used to convert uuencoded text data back to binary format.
