A simple applications that forces users in a continuous computer environment to take a rest after a set time has elapsed, a sound will be played and an image will cover up your work to let you know that it's time to take a break. All sounds and images can be configured, or users can use their own personal images or sounds. Another feature is the ability to force a rest via password protection, when this option is selected all input will be locked until the set rest time has elapsed. This program was designed for use in work situations, but can also be of beneficial use while using the computer for long periods of time at home.
