An ActiveX DLL that allows you to add powerful image
manipulation to your Visual Basic application. Simply
add a reference to the DLL and your application will
be able to easily read and write various bitmap image
formats. It will also be able to grab image data from
other sources such as the clipboard, device contexts,
device independant bitmaps and screen captures. Once
the image is in memory, it will be able to perform
various effects including resizing, rotation,
embossing, mosaic and many others. JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP,
WMF, EMF, TIF, TIFF, PCX, PSD, WBMP.
