Kutools for Word brings high efficiency to process
word documents. Adding three tabs (including Kutools
tab, Link tab and General tab) into the word ribbon
interface, this application allows you to rename and
copy multiple opened documents, insert captions,
switch among multiple opened windows, opened documents
with a group and so on.
On Kutools tab, the file group is like a collection of
tools, helping you better open, edit and manage files
in a convenient way, such as reload the current
document, batch copy all files, rename the document
and so on. The document group allows you to add,
delete, and manage documents as the IE favorites do,
which includes Add To Document Group and Organize
Document Group. And Windows Group helps you easily
manage multiple Word document windows. You don't need
to worry if it is hard to select the right document
among all them, or find that too many windows occupy
too much space of the screen.
On Link tab, Advanced Captions group inserts caption
to tables, figures and equations in the document. The
