Advanced Communications prefer to offer a ONE month customization, for US$2,500. a great solution for implementing and supporting web based auctions, with a complete suite of tools for ease of use and management. This has been implemented by developing a custom Cold Fusion 4.0 Tag. Site users can enroll as sellers or buyers. Registration utility allows registered auction bidder profiles and consignor profiles. Adding/editing/removing and searching for bidders & sellers are provided. Bidding and selling privileges can be set. Bidders and sellers can be e-mailed and their passwords can be modified.This includes adding/removing/editing items to the auction. Item placement in the bid. Item administration tools include adding items to auction, updating auction information, ability to create custom item categories and add an unlimited amount of items. Master product list displays all available items for auction and trade, sorted by category. Merchants can edit item specification like date/time and status of individual items. He can also place future and start date for items before they go on for auction. Merchant also has facility to setup future auctions with the products in advance while other auctions are in progress. The Auction Minder lets you compose a letter to send to all registered customers notifying them when an auction begins /ends or provide news. Registered customers can customize this function by turning it on/off. Auction Builder features a whole suite of useful and totally customizable reports. Every report is searchable via lot number, category, all categories, consignor or bidder.
